Production Control Clerk - Weekend Shift

Location: Hollister, California, United States. Onsite weekend schedule: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:30 PM.

Hourly salary: $17.48-$32.48.

What you will do

• Maintain records for product shipments, production activities, work-in-process, and inventory.
• Review stock records, material requirements, and production schedules to support on-time completion.
• Execute authorized master production schedule orders, prepare shop packets, and release work orders.
• Verify materials and tooling with the production planner and identify shortages or late releases.
• Monitor work-in-process, lead times, queues, and work-order start and completion dates.
• Close completed work orders, perform end-of-job inventory, and conduct monthly production-area inventory checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
• 2-5 years of applicable experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Work must comply with U.S. Government export-control regulations and ITAR requirements.
