Inventory Clerk (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite in a production and warehouse facility

Salary: $16.90–$21.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; eligible for an annual incentive bonus and benefits package.

What you will do

• Operate stand-up forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Transport materials and equipment between storage areas, machines, loading docks, railroad cars, and trucks based on production schedules or shipping orders.
• Process business-system transactions to maintain accurate product inventory records.
• Conduct physical inventory audits, cycle counts, job packet reviews, damaged-material management, and waste tracking.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, prepare business reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some relevant experience required.
• Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material movement, supplier transactions, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to walk and stand frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
