Lead Fulfillment Associate

Location: North Aurora, Illinois, United States; onsite at 1998 Melissa Ln, Aurora, IL 60506. First shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.

Salary: $21.00 per hour, with paid overtime eligibility.

What you will do

• Receive customer inventory, communicate arrivals and exceptions, and ensure products are accurately accepted into the warehouse system.
• Pick products quickly and accurately so orders move efficiently through the fulfillment process.
• Pack shipments correctly and verify the quality of every customer order.
• Handle, store, and distribute products in accordance with safety, quality, legality, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records to support product traceability and report concerns about product condition or integrity.
• Support other departments and contribute to efficient warehouse operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in North Aurora/Aurora, Illinois, United States.
• Available for scheduled shifts, overtime, and weekends according to business needs; reliable and punctual attendance is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction and stand or walk continuously during an 8–10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push or pull frequently.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, willing to perform hands-on work, and able to learn new processes quickly.
• Must be at least 18 years old; previous warehouse experience is not required.
