Marketing And Communications Project Manager (Temp)

Location: Avon, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with two days in the office

Salary: $75,553–$109,552 per year, determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

A construction and renewable energy infrastructure company delivering large-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate projects across Internal Communications, External Communications, and Creative teams.
• Define and align project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and expected outcomes.
• Document processes and keep process documentation current.
• Schedule, manage, and lead project and event meetings.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, milestones, obstacles, and challenges.
• Assess team capacity, tools, processes, and performance with department leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of project management experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with two days in the office in Avon, Minnesota.
• Availability for a temporary role through April 2027.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Events project management experience.
