Senior Low Latency Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Design and build core components of a low-latency trading platform in Rust.
• Develop and maintain market connectivity, order placement, and trade and balance management functionality.
• Improve data quality, cataloguing, and provenance tracing across the platform.
• Build APIs and services that provide users with self-service access to analytics data.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, operations, and engineers to deliver production-critical solutions.
• Contribute hands-on development within a multiregional team of five.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fintech, including traditional finance and/or crypto, with front-office experience.
• Strong background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coding in Rust or C++.
• Experience building low-latency distributed systems and networking components.
• Understanding of market data feeds, reference data, and trading workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect front-office requirements with engineering execution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with streaming and messaging systems.
• Experience with Aeron.
