Transformation Success Engineer (TSE) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy security environments to modern Palo Alto Networks platforms.
• Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log-ingestion validation against approved design templates.
• Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks.
• Lead value-realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency.
• Drive project sign-off and customer adoption through structured technical delivery and executive communication.

Requirements

• Professional-level technical expertise in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or experience with competitive platform migrations.
• Strong background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, REST APIs, bulk policy configuration, and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to lead technical workshops with executive presence.
• Experience developing reusable playbooks and technical documentation with a focus on AI and automation.
