Planning Expert (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Perform purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services for factory operations.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier confirmations in line with the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Analyze material requirements, inventory levels, and supply constraints.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Support inventory optimization and safety stock reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on customer requests, production changes, and material status while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of operational experience in the relevant area.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and clear ownership.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and Chinese, written and spoken.
