Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, NY, USA; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and equity

What you will do

• Support strategic enterprise opportunities through technical discovery, solution design, and executive customer engagements.
• Own technical demos, proofs of concept, and solution design initiatives.
• Design, build, and ship integrations and AI-agent workflows connecting hirify.global’s products to client systems.
• Drive successful customer implementations and act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Translate customer feedback into product and engineering priorities.
• Partner with revenue and product organizations across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring AI-agent-based workflows and integrations with modern coding and agent-orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment regarding deal economics, ROI, and build-versus-scope decisions.
• Ability to identify customer problems, communicate them clearly, and design solutions personally rather than only directing others.
