Salary: $187,200–$276,100 USD annually in on-target earnings, with an 80% salary and 20% incentive mix. Additional bonuses and/or equity may apply to candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead category management operations for the US hirify.global Direct Store and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Manage individual contributors and managers while directing category operations toward business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion through new distribution channels, geographic expansion, and innovative sales approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, supply chain, finance, and regional customer-facing organizations.
• Analyze sales data, trends, metrics, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences to improve strategies.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage talent while leading change initiatives and monitoring performance goals.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience.
• Experience in category management, P&L management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business strategy, analytics, data analysis, market research, digital marketing, product management, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, customer centricity, prioritization, resilience, and team management.
• Role location: Spring, Texas, United States of America.
