Services Product Manager (Private Cloud)

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office

Salary: USD 126,000–239,000 annual base salary in Colorado; USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead planning for the private cloud services portfolio across the full lifecycle, including pricing, service delivery, sales readiness, and supporting processes.
• Represent services on product and solution teams and define service requirements for product development, warranty support, cost analysis, and marketing materials.
• Analyze business performance, identify root causes, and develop recommendations to improve services and business outcomes.
• Work across regions and worldwide teams to launch or enhance services, solutions, and programs aligned with customer and market needs.
• Own revenue and margin contribution for multiple services or solutions and help customers achieve measurable value from IT investments.
• Lead complex cross-functional activities, provide strategic direction, and mentor peers and lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Typically 12+ years of experience demonstrating mastery of service business management.
• Advanced experience in service delivery, solution architecture, or business planning.
• Deep knowledge of the IT and services industry, service offerings, end-to-end processes, tools, and routes to market.
• Strong problem-solving, business planning, project management, program management, and change management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, build relationships across organizations, exercise independent judgment, and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, influencing, reporting, and business analysis skills.
