Project/Program Management (Semiconductors)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite work may involve extended standing, clean-room access, personal protective equipment, and travel up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Lead projects and programs through completion while managing product and process specifications, costs, resources, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development and transfer information across functional areas.
• Coordinate staff and resources to maximize project and program productivity.
• Lead research and development of new technologies and incorporate resulting processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, patent, confidentiality, safety, and company policy requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California, with clean-room and physical-duty requirements.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.
