Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and use data to improve decision-making.
• Use AI-powered tools and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including hiring for IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, supported by a data-driven approach.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to role details, including expectations, opportunities, and best practices.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time management, organizational, flexible, collaborative, and result-oriented skills.
