Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Slovenia and the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and provide qualitative assessments of candidate skills.
• Work with hiring managers to identify and interview the best-fit candidates.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and collaborate with other teams on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing or sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for a company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Data-driven approach and experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to role details, including expectations, opportunities, and best practices.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, effectiveness in a geographically distributed team, and a result-oriented approach to recruitment.
