Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $81,070–$94,070 per year

What you will do

  • Manage programs and projects supporting improved outcomes for children and young adults with cancer and blood disorders.
  • Develop and optimize workflows for the IGNITE Health Equity Research Consortium and the Center for Pediatric and Young Adult Outcomes Research.
  • Coordinate workstreams, timelines, milestones, resources, and program performance metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison among Dana-Farber departments, Boston Children’s Hospital, national research collaborators, clinicians, faculty, and leadership.
  • Maintain SOPs, training manuals, reference materials, research portfolio data, funding records, and program statistics.
  • Organize meetings, educational initiatives, retreats, training, and patient advocate communication resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, public policy, social work, or a related health equity field.
  • Three years of program coordination or administration experience, or one year of program management experience.
  • Understanding of program management in highly regulated clinical research environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, use project management tools, assess risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 2–3 days per week in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pediatric oncology, health equity research, or an academic medical center or clinical research setting.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or consortium-based research programs.
