Intelligent Automation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions integrating multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures, applications, APIs, scripts, and automated workflows.
• Use Azure services, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for secure and reliable deployments.
• Integrate solutions with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, HR systems, financial systems, and other corporate services.
• Use AI-assisted engineering, provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve automation practices.

Requirements

• Bilingual French and English communication; English is required for communication with clients and partners outside Quebec.
• Strong hands-on software development experience, including designing, developing, reviewing, testing, maintaining, and supporting production-ready solutions.
• Experience with automation, cloud, backend, software solutions, API integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Proficiency with cloud environments, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, post-release support, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges independently and work effectively within enterprise processes and governance.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow implementation.
• Experience with Azure, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AI integration, DevOps, security, and scalable automation or internal business solutions.
