Salary: $108,160–$162,240 annually. Geographic-specific structures may apply, including $118,960–$178,440 and $124,400–$186,600.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications that integrate AI into business workflows.
• Build and support cloud-native applications and services using AWS and modern architecture patterns.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, observability, release management, and production support.
• Investigate complex technical and production issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, engineering standards, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
• Production experience developing, deploying, and supporting AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, APIs, microservices, design patterns, testing, architecture, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and operational support.
• Experience with application security, authentication, authorization, Agile development, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, RAG architectures, and LLM integrations.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and observability for AI applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, technical leadership, or solution architecture.
