Engineer III, Full Stack Innovations (AI)

What you will do

• Architect, design, and develop scalable cloud-native applications based on microservices.
• Build resilient APIs and full-stack solutions with containerization, orchestration, and horizontal scaling.
• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud deployments.
• Design fault-tolerant, high-availability systems with monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Develop event-driven and real-time processing solutions using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in AI-assisted software development, including code generation, debugging, test automation, and log anomaly detection.
• Strong experience with backend development, databases, JavaScript frameworks, and programming languages such as C#, Rust, or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, API gateways, service mesh, serverless applications, event-driven architecture, and real-time data processing.
• Knowledge of microservices security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, secrets management, zero-trust architecture, and secure API design.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or related standards.
• Python experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions.
