Manager, Channel Marketing (Financial Services)

Location: Denver, Colorado; office environment

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with the Marketing Director to develop campaign strategies, customer goals, and performance metrics.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of multiple complex campaigns.
• Analyze addressable markets, define target audiences, and create relevant engagement programs.
• Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Manage campaign workflows, creative execution, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and serve as an escalation point for campaign issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management.
• At least three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects.
• Understanding of traditional and digital marketing platforms, with technical acumen for campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Team lead or supervisory experience.
• Intermediary or institutional experience.
• Experience with CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Workfront.
• Change management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 for roles supporting mutual funds.
