Director, Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; U.S. work authorization required

Salary: $134,600.00–$249,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational strategies, annual objectives, KPIs, and standardized procedures for shared services, enterprise operations, and market operations.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between product leadership, shared services, corporate partners, and market leaders.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, product expansion, and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor operational performance, identify risks and gaps, and develop cost-effective improvement programs.
• Design best-practice workflows, policies, procedures, and new operating capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and provide functional and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Medicare or Duals managed care operations, with emphasis on operational effectiveness, government contracting, or regulatory compliance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Experience with project management, administration, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Experience in Claims, Configuration, or Enrollment operations is highly preferred.
• A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
