Associate I, PDT (Biotech)

Location: Framingham, United States; on-site with a typical 5-day on-site expectation

Salary: $72,000–$93,000 base pay per year, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing oncolytic immunotherapies based on its proprietary RPx platform to transform cancer treatment.

What you will do

• Support upstream tissue culture, downstream virus purification, and drug product formulation activities in the PDT laboratory.
• Perform supervised laboratory and pilot-lab process steps, including preparation, equipment setup, sampling, cleaning, and documentation.
• Prepare reagents, maintain laboratory consumable stock, store samples, monitor equipment, and support laboratory housekeeping.
• Operate according to GMP requirements and company procedures when required.
• Review batch records, laboratory notebooks, and GMP documentation as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Facilities and Engineering, Analytical Development, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to follow protocols and standard operating procedures and record data accurately and promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, manage time effectively, communicate well, and adapt to varying workloads.
• Commitment to safe working practices and laboratory safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with cell culture, purification, chromatography, or formulation.
