Lead Business Analyst, Technology (OFSAA)

What you will do

• Gather and elaborate business requirements for regulatory reporting and credit risk management with business subject matter experts.
• Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, technical designs, use cases, flow charts, data flow diagrams, and dashboards.
• Analyze and profile data using Oracle SQL Developer, MS SQL Server, and AWS Redshift; define database structures, metadata, data mappings, lineage, and ETL processes.
• Support financial data integration across PeopleSoft, Financial Application Hub, OneStream, AXIOM, OFSAA, and Oracle Analytics Server.
• Configure and analyze OFSAA GL reconciliation, LLFP, data quality, governance, and Master Data Management processes.
• Support SIT and UAT, defect management, project planning, automation, user documentation, and business-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of development, information technology, or related experience, including financial services experience.
• Experience with OFSAA GL Reconciliation Framework, OFSAA LLFP, FSDF, OAS reporting, Oracle SQL, AWS Redshift, ETL, ODI, and the OFSAA Data Quality Framework.
• Experience with Master Data Management using Ab Initio, ServiceNow change management, Control-M scheduling, and Excel formula-based analysis.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Financial Application Hub, OneStream, and AXIOM for data integration.
• Experience across the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development support, SIT, user testing, and release processes.
