Location: New York City office, New York, United States

Salary: $260,000–$365,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise innovative and disruptive companies, entrepreneurs, and financiers on corporate law matters.
• Handle company formations and venture capital transactions.
• Support M&A, technology transfer transactions, and joint ventures.
• Provide outside general counsel support across a broad range of industries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an associate.
• Admission to practice in New York is required.
• Strong academic background.
• Fluency in Excel and cap table and waterfall modeling.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup practice.
