Manufacturing Production Operator (I) - 2nd Shift (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite manufacturing role; nearest major market is Chicago. Second shift.

Salary: $44,000–$52,000 annually, plus a 10% second-shift incentive.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products against quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; assist with changeovers, basic setup, equipment monitoring, and production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, safety awareness, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to work in an environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
