ELDS Special Processes Department- Production Operator 1st Shift

Location: Onsite in Mebane, North Carolina, United States. First-shift role. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Assemble semi-finished and final products, systems, and panels, including integrated production-line packing.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Perform manual assembly using light hand tools, machinery, and shop-floor equipment.
• Conduct regular quality testing within defined production processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of manufacturing-environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge and practical use of tape measures, calipers, grinders, and other hand tools.
• Ability to safely use a ladder when required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.
