Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Poland and the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for finding and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to select the best candidates for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and use data to support decisions.
• Improve recruitment processes and output quality with AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing or sales positions.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; experience with the US market is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in daily recruitment work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to understand role expectations, opportunities, and best practices in detail.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles, manage time effectively, stay organized, work in a geographically distributed team, and remain result-oriented.
