Security Manager – Development Planning (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide program protection, technology control, system security engineering, and acquisition security support for Air Force weapon systems and related systems.
• Integrate information, industrial, personnel, communications, physical, force, and antiterrorism security requirements into early development and acquisition activities.
• Develop and maintain Program Protection Plans, security classification guides, system security management plans, OPSEC plans, risk analyses, security CONOPS, and related security documentation.
• Identify critical program information, systems, and resources; assess threats and vulnerabilities; and recommend physical and procedural countermeasures.
• Review contractor and Government deliverables, classified data, hardware, software, test plans, and lifecycle documentation for security and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain classified information accountability programs, support audits and SAP access reviews, deliver security education, and implement COMSEC activities.

Requirements

• Active or current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility is required.
• Experience supporting acquisition program security throughout the full program lifecycle.
• Experience managing security programs with Government, prime contractor, and subcontractor personnel.
• Experience developing security classification guides, system security documents, and acquisition security sections of program documentation.
• Experience conducting security surveys, assessments, studies, vulnerability analyses, and contractor deliverable reviews.
• Master’s or doctorate with 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years in the DoD; or bachelor’s degree with 12 years including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with specified certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
