Senior Engineer Compliance Solutions (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate locations may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $101,600–$152,400 annually, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, development, release, enhancement, security, documentation, and support of an enterprise compliance and investigation platform.
• Build custom Power Pages experiences using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, Dataverse Web API, OData, FetchXML, validation, file handling, and workflow-driven interfaces.
• Design Dataverse data models, metadata, security roles, web roles, table permissions, and governance controls.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, Dataverse plugins and custom APIs, integrations, migration utilities, and operational automation.
• Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and related AI tools for repository-level implementation, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and code review while validating output for security and maintainability.
• Lead testing, deployment, production support, root-cause analysis, data migration, technical documentation, and collaboration with Compliance, Privacy, Internal Audit, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 7–10 years of relevant application development, solution engineering, enterprise systems, or comparable technical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Dataverse and Power Automate, with meaningful Power Pages development experience preferred.
• Strong JavaScript and modern browser application development skills, including the ability to review, test, troubleshoot, and safely deploy AI-assisted code.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or OpenAI Codex for multi-file software changes, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and source-control workflows.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, Dataverse plugins and custom APIs, PowerShell, TypeScript, Office Scripts, Excel/VBA, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Workday, Azure, Power Platform ALM, PAC CLI, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure/OpenAI services, HIPAA, SOX, privacy, compliance, audit, investigations, and regulated data.
