Service Operations and Compliance (Manufacturing)

hirify.global designs, manufactures, sells, and services mechanical testing systems used by major manufacturing companies to collect data on components and materials.

What you will do

• Manage third-party procurement, contractor, safety compliance, and customer-specific platforms, including ISNetworld and Avetta.
• Complete customer prequalification forms, questionnaires, registrations, and related requirements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate certificates of insurance and maintain company, employee, and safety documentation.
• Organize onsite hour logs, customer reporting, OSHA 300 logs, safety audits, and compliance records.
• Track expiration dates, open requirements, and corrective actions while following up to keep accounts in good standing.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, vendors, and customers to resolve compliance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn web-based compliance and customer systems.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling compliance questions.
• Administrative, compliance, customer service, vendor coordination, manufacturing, or professional services experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar compliance platforms.
• Additional education or transferable experience.
• Manufacturing or professional services experience.
