Compliance Program Manager (OSHA/EPA/GMP)

What you will do

• Design, build, and own enterprise compliance programs across OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations.
• Architect internal audit, inspection-readiness, corrective-action, and certification frameworks across the fulfillment network.
• Maintain written programs, SOPs, policy libraries, regulatory correspondence, training requirements, and compliance documentation systems.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate rulemaking, agency guidance, and enforcement trends into updated operational programs.
• Build compliance metrics, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data standards for leadership, regional teams, and site operations.
• Develop enterprise training architecture and support GMP/GDP, hazmat, customer audit, and regulatory certification readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, EHS program management, or a related discipline within warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on ownership experience across multiple regulatory domains, including OSHA, EPA, and GMP/GDP, with multi-site program management and audit design experience.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards, recordkeeping, enforcement processes, and required written programs.
• Working knowledge of EPA obligations such as Tier II, SPCC, and RCRA; GMP/GDP standards; and DOT Hazmat regulations under 49 CFR.
• Experience with compliance management systems, audit platforms, document control tools, regulatory tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
• OSHA 500 or OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification is required.

Nice to have

• CSP, ASP, CHMM, REHS, REM, GMP/GDP auditor certification, or equivalent credentials.
• Advanced OSHA coursework or additional regulated-industry compliance certifications.
