Brand Expression Designer (AI)

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, visualize, and execute consumer experiences for Family Care brands.
• Create design solutions for brand activations, strategic initiatives, and complex design challenges using consumer insights and market research.
• Develop sketches, rapid visualizations, renderings, and 2D and 3D prototypes.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams, agencies, and studio partners from the design brief through final presentation.
• Lead or participate in design critiques, design sprints, and inspirational upskilling sessions.
• Present design concepts and points of view to leadership, including general manager and CEO-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a strong portfolio of insight-driven work across channels and formats.
• Mastery of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Experience with project organization, cross-functional collaboration, agency briefing, and leadership presentations.
• Ability to integrate AI proficiencies into the design process.
