Transformation & Digital Controlling Team Leader (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and manufactures helicopters as part of Airbus Defence and Space, with the role based at the Marignane industrial site.

What you will do

• Lead a team of four people within the Transformation & Digital Controlling function.
• Manage information management run costs of approximately €200 million across France, Germany, and Spain, including planning, rolling forecasts, reporting, chargebacks, and intercompany cost rebalancing.
• Control a portfolio of approximately 180 projects worth €225 million, coordinating arbitration, reporting, savings estimates, and stakeholder data management.
• Act as project controller for NewERP, DDMS, and other digital transformation projects, safeguarding business cases, savings traceability, capitalization, and financial planning.
• Oversee function controlling and IM capital expenditure of approximately €20 million, including asset follow-up and depreciation planning.
• Support financial assessments and expected ROI for digital innovation initiatives, including artificial intelligence projects.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in finance and controlling.
• Strategic business-partnering skills and the ability to challenge existing approaches in complex financial environments.
• Proven leadership, talent development, and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial synthesis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights under pressure.
• English is mandatory.
