What you will do
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of four finance professionals across local and international teams.
- Own affiliate forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial performance visibility.
- Advise the leadership team by translating financial insights into business decisions.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, HR, and Supply Chain leaders on performance and resource allocation.
- Lead strategic planning, investment evaluation, scenario modelling, and revenue and expense forecasting.
- Drive finance transformation, process improvement, automation, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- More than 8–10 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in management within an international finance department, accounting, budgeting, and planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, business performance analysis, resource allocation, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus basic knowledge of business law, taxes, VAT, accounting, consolidation, and US GAAP.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, coaching, project management, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Diagnostics, Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, CODEX, or AI.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment.
