Senior Quality Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Own testing strategies for product features across unit, component, integration, API, end-to-end, accessibility, performance, security, manual, and exploratory layers.
• Join discovery and specification reviews early to identify assumptions, edge cases, risks, and dependencies.
• Design test cases covering user journeys, happy paths, error handling, recovery, and regression scenarios.
• Enable engineers to validate their work through test suites, regression packs, environments, and mock data.
• Maintain measurable test coverage, improve automation, reduce flakiness, and reduce repetitive manual regression.
• Use AI and LLM tools to accelerate test design, automation scripting, and exploratory testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Senior-level QA experience with ownership of testing strategy and quality outcomes for real features or products.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as WebdriverIO, Patrol, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Experience writing API, unit, and database tests and testing RESTful services with Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proactive, product-focused, user-focused, and security-minded approach with comfort working in a shift-left quality model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3, fintech, or products handling real money.
• Experience testing API, integration, golden or screenshot, performance, and accessibility layers.
• Experience with security testing.
