What you will do

• Translate Small Business strategy into digital initiatives, tools, workflows, and repeatable playbooks.
• Build and deploy CRM enhancements, workflow automation, appetite tools, dashboards, and broker-free digital capabilities.
• Coordinate with enterprise digital, data engineering, business intelligence, product, sales, and placement teams.
• Integrate carrier APIs, appetite tools, and pricing engines into broker workflows.
• Improve digital journeys from quote through binding, onboarding, and retention.
• Identify automation and lightweight AI opportunities that reduce service costs and improve broker productivity.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital tools, automation, or workflow improvements in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of the insurance broking value chain, including sales, placement, and servicing.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital requirements and practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, workflow automation, dashboards, or marketing technology tools.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams and drive execution with pace and pragmatism.

Nice to have

• Experience in small commercial, personal lines, or employee benefits distribution.
• Familiarity with carrier APIs, appetite tools, and pricing engines.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation platforms.
