Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent (Spanish)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas — onsite Tuesday through Thursday and work from home Monday and Friday. The first month requires onsite training five days per week.

Salary: $21–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to confirm customer business needs and qualify leads.
• Manage incoming referrals and maintain accurate customer pipeline records.
• Route qualified leads to Sales Consultants and coordinate handoffs.
• Schedule customer calls, follow up on documentation, and track required actions.
• Record contact attempts, callbacks, referrals, customer status, and detailed CRM notes.
• Support contract validation, underwriting-related processes, pilot feedback, and process improvement reporting.

Requirements

• Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience with outbound calling, lead and pipeline management, and CRM systems.
• Strong organization, multitasking, customer follow-up, and appointment scheduling skills.
• Accurate documentation and note-taking skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Availability for the stated hybrid schedule and five-day onsite training during the first month.
