What you will do
- Assemble, integrate, disassemble, reassemble, install, modify, repair, and test mechanical and electrical system components.
- Fabricate and troubleshoot electrical modules, wire harnesses, cables, control panels, and related components.
- Operate specialized electro-optical and radio frequency test equipment in laboratory and field environments.
- Inspect finished products, characterize test articles, and interpret test data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians across multiple projects while maintaining detailed troubleshooting, assembly, and repair records.
- Generate delivery-quality documentation covering best practices and procedures.
Requirements
- US citizenship and an active Top-Secret clearance are required.
- 20+ years of hands-on electronics technician experience, including at least 3 years of military weapon disassembly, integration, repair, and assembly.
- Experience with electro-optical and radio frequency test equipment in laboratory and field testing environments.
- Ability to design and analyze analog circuits, interpret test data, and support test setups in conditioned and non-conditioned environments.
- Proficiency in electronic assembly, soldering, crimping, splicing, cable fabrication, PCB population, PCB rework, and control panel building.
- Experience handling and transporting hazardous test articles, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing customer requirements.

- Ammunition and explosive handling certification.
- Commercial Driver’s License.
- Welding experience for fabricating custom mechanical solutions.
- Formal cable assembly training with certification.
- Forklift, crane, or scissor lift operation certification.
