Manager, Fulfillment Center (Ecommerce)

Location: Mont-Royal, Canada; on-site fulfillment center role

What you will do

• Manage daily receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping across a 100,000 sq ft site with more than 5,000 active SKUs.
• Operate the centralized Canadian returns hub, improving recovery, throughput, and cycle time for resalable products.
• Own inventory accuracy, labor planning, wave and release planning, productivity metrics, operating costs, and overtime.
• Coordinate outbound shipping with the delivery fleet and external partners, including GoBolt and AMJ.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift supervisors and floor leads while building consistent training across shifts.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant site and support the rollout and adoption of the hirify.global Operating System.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations, including 3+ years leading a site or large team.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience owning a P&L or operating budget and delivering against it.
• Hands-on expertise in labor planning, wave planning, throughput, and inventory accuracy in a high-SKU, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a warehouse management or operating system and the ability to build KPI dashboards and act on operational data.
• Advanced experience using AI tools to improve operational outcomes, with strong floor leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
