Director, Operational Project Management (Gaming)

What you will do

• Direct the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) program management functions, including portfolio priorities, operating plans, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate execution across business units and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic plans.
• Establish project governance aligned with PMI or equivalent standards and organizational guidelines.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation and contingency strategies, and provide transparent reporting.
• Drive innovation, operational excellence, efficiency, and timely delivery within budget.
• Lead change management, policy development, process improvement, and team collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of portfolio or program leadership experience with complex, business-critical portfolios.
• 5+ years of people or functional leadership experience, including staffing, prioritization, performance, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business strategy, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required; PfMP or PgMP preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or gaming industry operations is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in enterprise portfolio management, governance, budgeting, forecasting, senior-leader advising, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project, Planview, and data analytics platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale global initiatives in high-growth or regulated industries.
• MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree.
• PfMP or PgMP certification.
