Director - Enterprise Project Management Office (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead the execution and strategic alignment of IT and business projects across the organization.
• Develop and enforce standardized project methods, procedures, metrics, and toolsets.
• Oversee project portfolios, monitor activities, evaluate results, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Manage project managers and staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Lead EPMO lifecycle management and collaborate with business leaders and management personnel on technology selection.
• Maintain department budget accountability and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related work experience required.
• At least five years of experience leading or developing business process lifecycle management required.
• At least seven years of project or program management experience using standardized tools required.
• Experience leading complex healthcare-related projects or programs preferred.
• Agile, Lean, continuous improvement, or organizational development certification preferred.
