Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer (One Identity Manager)

Location: 100% remote within the EU, or Warsaw / Stockholm

Rate: 140 PLN/h

Work mode: Part-time, 50% allocation / 20 hours per week

What you will do

• Support access and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain IAM and IGA solutions using One Identity Manager.
• Integrate identity systems through REST, SOAP, and LDAP interfaces.
• Automate identity and access management processes.
• Work with Active Directory and Entra ID.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with One Identity Manager.
• Strong background in IAM and IGA solutions.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and VB.NET.
• Experience with access and identity lifecycle management, system integrations, and process automation.
• Fluent English is required.
• A security background check is required for the selected consultant.

Nice to have

• Experience customizing One Identity Manager, including processes and data modeling.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Experience delivering IAM projects in large organizations.
