Sr. SailPoint Developer (IAM)

Location: Hybrid in Herndon, Virginia, with onsite and remote work

What you will do

• Implement and configure identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop custom integrations with applications, directories, and systems through APIs and connectors.
• Maintain data synchronization and communication between platforms.
• Apply access control policies, RBAC, and security best practices to support compliance.
• Create technical documentation and reports covering configurations, system performance, access governance, and compliance metrics.
• Coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and project management teams to deliver IAM projects.

Requirements

• US citizenship required; dual citizens are not eligible.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Security+ certification or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience with enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, Saviynt, or IBM Security Verify Governance.
• Experience with Java programming.
