Salary: 14,000–18,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and operate the Customer Identity and Access Management platform based on One Identity Manager.
• Build backend services for customer administration and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
• Develop custom synchronization solutions, data mappings, transformations, and consistency checks across systems.
• Contribute to the CIAM strategy and roadmap while implementing authorization models and identity security practices.
• Support threat modeling, risk assessments, DPIA, data retention, and data subject rights compliance.
• Provide second- and third-level support, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager or a similar identity management platform.
• Knowledge of IAM and CIAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with VB.NET, PowerShell, system integration and synchronization, SQL databases, and process building.
• Solid understanding of authorization models, especially relationship-based access control (ReBAC).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Poland, in Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, security, and quality awareness.

Nice to have

• Azure cloud services and event-driven architecture experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with EMS or contract management platforms.
• Backend development with C#, .NET, or Java.
• REST API development and OAuth2 or OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
