Field Executive Architect (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time. Regular travel to customer sites is required.

Annual compensation: $400,000–$500,000 USD OTE, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Engage C-suite executives and senior technical leaders at strategic enterprise accounts to align business and technical stakeholders around AI adoption.
• Prepare and lead executive briefings, executive business center engagements, and on-site workshops.
• Partner with Sales and Applied AI before and after customer engagements to plan execution, review outcomes, and maintain deal momentum.
• Maintain executive relationships and provide strategic guidance on high-momentum accounts.
• Translate customer feedback into product priorities and sponsor enterprise requirements internally.
• Bridge the priorities, constraints, and roadmap between the field organization and Product.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including significant senior technical leadership or senior technical sales experience.
• Experience in roles such as CTO, VP of Engineering, Chief Architect, Field CTO, or similar.
• Credibility engaging C-suite executives and senior technical leaders at large enterprises.
• Understanding of how enterprises evaluate, purchase, and scale technology, with sufficient technical depth in modern AI systems and their applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business outcomes and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
