Assembly Welder (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: Youngsville, North Carolina, United States; onsite at the Youngsville manufacturing facility

Salary: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit bonus

What you will do

• Perform general assembly welding according to safety and quality standards.
• Produce neat, orderly, and repeatable finished work.
• Use hand tools, tape measures, and basic math during assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience.
• Proficiency in English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read tape measures and use rudimentary math.
• Proficiency with hand tools, physical stamina, and strength.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required; this is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing.
