Air & Reference Assembler I (Medtech)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States; on-site Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Salary: $25.50–$26.50 per hour

What you will do

• Process reference sensors, air detectors, and non-sensing devices for core and OEM analyzers.
• Perform routine assembly operations independently and efficiently after training.
• Work with epoxies, solvents, chemicals, tubing, and small components while maintaining high product yields.
• Set up and operate automatic dispensing equipment, UV adhesive systems, ultrasonic welders, laser coders, soldering irons, and leak testers.
• Follow assembly procedures, drawings, verbal instructions, and related documentation.
• Meet manufacturing schedules while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience building small assemblies.
• Experience working with epoxies and using small hand tools.
• High fine-motor dexterity and visual acuity for working with very small parts and components.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, manipulate small components, install tubing, and sit at a production workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to follow established ergonomic and safety practices in a high-volume production environment.
