Electronics Engineer (Drones)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and validate avionics PCBs, sensors, and electronic modules for next-generation drone platforms.
• Support PCB and product verification through test planning, execution, documentation, and EMI/EMC, thermal, and mechanical validation.
• Create schematics, CAD drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and repair documentation.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, test engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to transition designs into production.
• Define electronics requirements and system interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and improve designs based on test, production, and field feedback.
• Contribute to engineering processes and best practices within the hardware team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in PCB design and electronic product development, including prototyping, layout, and testing.
• Understanding of mixed-signal PCB design, signal integrity, and power integrity principles.
• Hands-on experience with PCB testing and troubleshooting, including basic EMC considerations.
• CH/EU citizenship required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Experience with high-power applications, ESCs, and lithium batteries.
