What you will do
- Design and execute complex capacity plans for large-scale vendor hiring initiatives.
- Develop workflows and operational processes for emerging services and specialized vendor requirements.
- Lead stakeholder negotiations and establish realistic implementation timelines.
- Analyze vendor performance data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures.
- Create scalable vendor management solutions across new service lines.
- Partner with program managers, localization engineers, business teams, and other stakeholders to implement vendor management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in vendor management, construction, or project management.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and vendor management systems.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required.
Nice to have
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis.
- Experience implementing process improvements and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Go, .NET, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
- Experience in vendor management, supply chain, or retail operations.
