What you will do
- Execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders through shipment readiness and execution.
- Create, maintain, and follow up on sales orders, stock transfer orders, deliveries, and related transactions in SAP.
- Coordinate order and shipment readiness with planning, scheduling, warehouse operations, transportation, logistics providers, and regional markets.
- Prepare shipment documentation, pre-alert communications, and carrier and freight booking activities.
- Monitor open orders and shipments, identify delays and execution risks, and coordinate resolution of customs, documentation, master-data, and system issues.
- Maintain transactional data, support investigations and reporting, and contribute to process improvements, standardization, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related operational function within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated healthcare industry.
- Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed throughout the interview process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on time-sensitive activities, and communicate effectively across functions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system for orders, shipments, inventory, or supply chain transactions.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
