Sr Specialist, Contingent Labor Procurement, Americas (AI)

What you will do

• Support the contingent labor procurement category across the Americas in collaboration with procurement leadership, global category teams, and stakeholders across sectors and functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement processes, policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and business operating principles.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs and lead complex sourcing projects across contingent labor sub-categories.
• Conduct spend analysis and use market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions and optimize supplier performance.
• Lead pricing and cost initiatives, sourcing events, and contract negotiations for medium- to high-complexity HR services.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and oversee the third-party managed service provider against contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality, service, compliance, and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, teamwork, influencing, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Broad understanding of procurement, including spend management and source-to-pay.
• Strong project management and change management experience.
• Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices, plus experience creating effective prompts.

• Experience in life sciences, medical technology, or supply chain.
• Agile behaviors and experience participating in cross-functional teams.
• Multi-category procurement experience across geographies, businesses, and organizations of varied sizes.
