Sr. Specialist, S2C, Americas

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia. The role supports Latin America and North America and requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Mentor and collaborate with Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage sourcing events, contract negotiations, drafting, execution, and stakeholder activities within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure procurement policy, legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, operational effectiveness, and process efficiency.
• Support automation and AI initiatives, acting as product owner for S2C tools and AI features.
• Gather and translate requirements related to data quality, lineage, integrations, and security controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a relevant business function.
• Fluency in English, written and oral, is required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process and technology improvement.
• Availability for up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

• Understanding of sourcing, contracting, and source-to-settle operations.
• Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
• Fluency in another language used in the supported region.
• Experience in the shared services industry.
